Compare a complete specification
State width, thickness and weight per meter together. A comparison is clearer when the measurement conditions and product reference are recorded.
Include breaking-strength and elongation requirements in the same review. A lighter strap is not, by itself, evidence that a packaging requirement has been met.
Describe the application conditions
Record bale dimensions, mass, compression and release sequence. Identify the number and positions of straps and the equipment used.
These conditions give the material comparison a practical context. If the load or process changes, make that change explicit.
Plan the review before comparing results
Agree which samples, measurements and application checks are required. Record the tools, conditions and acceptance questions used in the comparison.
Separate an observed result from an assumption about its cause. Share the record with the people responsible for the packaging decision.
Bring purchasing into the same brief
Include coil format, labeling, quantity and destination. Compare the required supply format alongside the material specification.
Use the complete brief to discuss the next step with Newton. Any conclusion about performance or savings needs evidence from the actual application.
