Weight per meter and material efficiency
Compare material use for a defined strap length and confirm the measured weight per meter of the proposed grade. The interactive comparison in Variants & Data uses a supplied Common benchmark and calculated Newton weights. It illustrates material and length relationships; it is not a Newton test report or a promise of equal performance.
Surface and coil configuration
Discuss the strap width, thickness, surface finish and coil configuration accepted by your equipment. Review feed behaviour, tensioning and the joining process together, rather than choosing a grade on weight alone.
