Different loads need different questions.
Select the application above, then describe the package and the process that will apply the strap. The purpose of an application review is to identify requirements for a proposed grade, equipment trial and finished package.
| Package type | Information to bring | Review next |
|---|---|---|
| Compressed bales and stacks | Compression sequence, final dimensions, strap position and handling route | Fiber packaging requirements and paper packaging requirements |
| Palletised bottles, modules and mixed loads | Pallet and package configuration, contact surfaces and protection requirements | Bottles and jars, solar PV and logistics |
| Metal and dense industrial bundles | Bundle dimensions, edges, surface conditions and application equipment | Steel, aluminium ingots and concrete |
| Timber and lumber bundles | Bundle arrangement, contact points, current strap and storage or handling conditions | Lumber strapping evaluation guide |
Bring the complete packaging brief
Record the current strap reference, machine or tool model, strap dimensions and coil interface. Explain whether the target is improving feed reliability, reviewing a joint, controlling package movement or comparing material use. Include the observations that prompted the enquiry.
Agree what the sample needs to establish
Define acceptance criteria with your packaging team before changing supply. Keep material checks, equipment observations and the complete-package review connected to the sample identifier. An application category does not establish approval for every load or machine.
