Customer-driven delivery

Your requirements. On the production line.

From brief to delivery
See how the digital order board connects your requirements

A delivery promise starts with the details. We connect the customer brief, specification revision, production plan and quality release in a shared digital order board.

One brief. Clear ownership.

Sales captures the application, machine, dimensions, performance requirements, packing and destination. The agreed details become a controlled production brief, so the line works from the same requirements the customer approved.

  • Specification and revision linked to the order
  • Delivery target connected to production planning
  • Batch identity carried through quality checks
  • Release and dispatch status visible to the delivery team

A CONVERSATION ACROSS BORDERS

Your market.
Your requirements.

Choose a region, then tell us your destination and packaging needs.

INTERNATIONAL ENQUIRIES

North America

Start with your destination.

Share the destination, distributor or factory requirements, product specification and delivery schedule.

Destination examples: United States, Canada and Mexico

Discuss your requirements

Destination examples help organize an enquiry; they are not a list of Newton offices or a statement of local representation. Other destinations are welcome.

Material and environment

Post-consumer polyester, material productivity and end-of-use planning belong in the same packaging conversation. Review the material records, grams per meter and recovery route for the grade you are considering.

Explore our material and environmental approach
01

Recycled material, documented

Discuss the recycled-content information and material records required for your proposed grade, rather than relying on a general environmental claim.

02

Material use, measured

Review grams per meter against the dimensions, strap and joint properties the application needs. Lower material use is meaningful when the package still meets its agreed requirements.

03

Recovery, planned locally

Keep PET strapping separated after use and coordinate collection with an appropriate local recycler. Recycling outcomes depend on collection, sorting and local facilities.

Quality through the process

A control point. An owner. A record.

Our quality approach
Compliance: documents for your purchasing file

Newton's brochure lists the following management-system certificates and material-test references. Request current copies for the product, destination and review you are preparing.

MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

ISO 9001:2015

Quality management system. Review the certificate scope, issuing body and validity.

MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

ISO 14001:2015

Environmental management system. Review the certified activities and site scope.

MATERIAL TEST REFERENCE

EU packaging / PPWR

Brochure-listed heavy-metal, total-fluorine and PFAS screening. Confirm the relevant report and application requirements.

MATERIAL TEST REFERENCE

EU RoHS

Screening reference for 10 restricted substances under 2011/65/EU and (EU) 2015/863.

MATERIAL TEST REFERENCE

REACH SVHC

The listed report covers 253 substances. Confirm its date and screening scope for your procurement requirements.

SGS TEST REFERENCE

725 PFAS substances

Brochure-listed SGS screening using modified EN 17681-1:2025. Request the report and tested-sample details.

MATERIAL TEST REFERENCE

U.S. TPCH

Packaging-toxics reference, including the brochure-listed PFAS and phthalate screening topics.

MATERIAL TEST REFERENCE

U.S. TSCA

Brochure-listed screening for PBT chemicals under U.S. EPA TSCA Section 6(h).

Match the document to the decision.

Certificate scope, report number and date, tested sample, test method and the product being ordered should be reviewed together. Material-test results apply to the tested sample; they are not blanket approval for every application or market.

After-sales quality support

Sales, quality and production work from one issue record. Batch identity and application evidence help the team investigate the cause and agree the next action with the buyer.

How the team follows a quality issue through
01 / CAPTURE

Start with the evidence.

Share the order and batch labels, affected quantity, photos, retained sample and what happened on the line or package.

02 / REVIEW

Bring the teams together.

Quality reviews the product and records; production reviews the process; technical review connects the machine, joint and application conditions.

03 / FOLLOW THROUGH

Close with a clear record.

Agree the findings, corrective actions, verification and follow-up. Commercial remedies are confirmed against the order and issue review.

Before the first order. Before the next.

The details buyers need to agree.

A useful purchasing discussion covers more than the unit price. Confirm what is being supplied, how it will be approved and what needs to stay consistent.

Samples & approval

Proposed grade, sample quantity, equipment trial, joint checks and acceptance criteria before conversion.

Lead time & continuity

Forecast, order frequency, production schedule, packing format and the delivery basis confirmed in the quotation.

Traceability & repeat supply

Specification revision, batch labels, agreed inspection records and communication of changes affecting the order.

Commercial & shipment details

MOQ, payment terms, destination, shipping terms and required documents are confirmed for the order.
