Identify the equipment

Provide the tool or machine model and the relevant operating documentation. Identify whether the strap is applied manually or through a feed system.

Record the accepted strap dimensions and coil requirements stated for that equipment. Confirm uncertain information with the equipment supplier.

Describe feeding and positioning

Explain the feed path, strap arrangement and position of the seal on the bale. Include any guides or protection that contact the material.

If a feeding issue has been observed, record the stage and condition rather than assuming that a single material property explains it.

Bring tensioning and sealing together

State the tensioning method and sealing process. Include the settings or constraints that need to be considered during a line review.

The PET material name alone does not establish compatibility. Use the equipment requirements and actual application conditions to define what needs checking.

Make the supply format explicit

Record core dimensions, coil size and labeling requirements. Include how rolls are handled, identified and stored at the line.

Share the complete equipment brief with Newton so the discussion can connect the material, supply format and packaging operation.
