NewtonStrap Plus
NewtonStrap Plus is PET strapping with surface options for automatic packaging applications. A machine grade polyester strapping enquiry must connect the proposed grade with the line's accepted dimensions, feed system and operating conditions.
Surface finish and feeding
Share the machine model, accepted strap width and thickness, strap path and any feeding observations. Review smooth or embossed options against the equipment instructions and the proposed grade, rather than assuming one surface suits every line.
Coil format, tensioning and sealing
Confirm the coil and core interface, dispenser arrangement and joining method. Include the equipment's tensioning and sealing requirements in the brief so material dimensions, feed behaviour and joint evaluation can be considered together.
Equipment-specific validation
Compatibility is confirmed for the actual machine, grade and application. A line trial should evaluate feeding, tensioning, joint quality and the finished package against agreed acceptance criteria. NewtonStrap Plus is not represented as compatible with every automatic strapping machine.
