NewtonStrap Ultra Max
NewtonStrap Ultra Max focuses on demanding sealing and tear-strength requirements. High performance PET strapping selection needs a defined application and evidence for the proposed grade; a series name alone does not establish its technical properties.
Sealing and tear-strength requirements
Describe the joining method, joint acceptance criteria and any splitting or tearing observations from the current process. Discuss the relevant grade-level documentation and evaluation method with Newton before treating a product as suitable.
Contact surfaces and equipment integration
Record the load's edges, contact surfaces, strap position and any protective materials. Include the equipment model, accepted dimensions, surface finish, coil interface and tensioning and sealing setup in the review.
Application-specific validation
Agree which strap, joint and complete-package checks are needed for the operating conditions. Record the sample identity and trial observations, then review the results against the agreed criteria. No universal performance guarantee or unverified numerical tear-strength value is implied.
